Focusing on innovative university pedagogy at Cheikh Anta Diop University, this study examines the implementation of constructivist and socio-constructivist approaches across various faculties. The initiative, supported by a Performance Contract with the Ministry of Education, involved harmonizing course outlines and developing online courses. By analyzing the effectiveness of these pedagogical strategies through multiple indicators, the study offers insights for enhancing educational outcomes and addresses potential challenges for future initiatives.

Die Universitätspädagogik an der UCAD in Dakar markiert einen innovativen Ansatz in der Hochschulbildung, unterstützt durch einen Leistungsvertrag mit dem Ministerium für Bildung und Forschung. Im Rahmen von Workshops wurden etwa 100 neue Kurse entwickelt, die auf konstruktivistischen Theorien basieren. Die Studie analysiert die Effektivität dieser Lehrmethoden anhand von zehn Indikatoren und bietet Verbesserungsvorschläge, um mögliche Mängel in zukünftigen Bildungsmaßnahmen zu vermeiden. Der Fokus liegt auf der Notwendigkeit, den Paradigmenwechsel strukturiert zu begleiten, um nachhaltige Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
