Perfect 40 is a book about the emotional changes women go through when they turn 40 (or close to turning 40). There are so many books about aging gracefully which refer to ages 50 plus, about physical changes that women go through close to that age that discuss menopause and so forth, but none of them discuss about the emotional changes that every woman goes through at the age of 40.The idea was to encourage the reader to think deeply about who they are, what they want and just to start loving themselves. This book is not necessarily for women only, I had several men read the book and they absolutely loved it and were inspired.
