      After two decades of climbing, training, and coaching, we have developed a vast library of exercises. This project aimed to encompass various performance factors and the underlying theory, which necessitated a selection of exercises due to space constraints. Consequently, we decided to create this book. It emphasizes technique, strength, and power, allowing us to delve deeper into these areas to introduce variation and new challenges in your training. Endurance, flexibility, and mental aspects are excluded, as they are sufficiently covered in The Climbing Bible. Chapter 1 presents exercises to enhance skills from footwork precision to long dynos, while Chapter 2 focuses on specific strength and power training. We envision this book becoming well-used, filled with chalk marks and worn from being carried in your gym bag. We encourage you to bring it along and try at least one new exercise in each session. Our goal is to inspire climbers of all ages to diversify their training and assist parents and coaches in crafting engaging sessions that motivate kids to climb. As Stian expresses, true happiness is witnessing your children discover the same joy in climbing that you experience. Chapter 3 includes games, technique exercises, and physical training ideas tailored for children.
