Yes, it can be done! Healthy food can be delicious and enjoyable! It’s about learning from those who have done the research and hard work so you don’t have to. After decades of experimenting with food combinations, I’ve created scrumptious meals that satisfy the palate and promote well-being. "You are what you eat!" My journey began as an entrepreneur in the 1980s in Canada, where my work quickly gained national recognition. In the late 1990s, I moved to the United States, leveraging my expertise to assist businesses with innovative marketing concepts and leadership consulting. Overcoming early life challenges, I earned an MA in Psychology, a PhD in Philosophy, and certifications as a Clinical Nutritionist and Clinical Herbalist. After my studies, I opened a wellness center dedicated to helping others achieve their health goals.
