Today's world is increasingly shaped by migration and globalization, bringing together diverse cultural backgrounds and personalities. This interaction influences not only our professional lives but also our personal relationships, particularly friendships. Understanding friendship processes through the lenses of cultural and personality psychology is essential in navigating this era of multiculturality and individuality.
