Samir Sayed, aka Sam, is good at his job. He loves his role as service manager of the Finance and Admin Division within the Works Department of his local council and the interesting people and places he comes across in his daily working life. The challenges of working for local government basically boiled down to money. Magnetic London starts with an interesting, fictitious account of how it is to work for local government in council departments and services.
