This monograph will attempt to answer the question how legal, technological and social aspects of cybersecurity are shaped in the perspective of the activities of various bodies and commissions of the European Union and national government administration. From the point of view of the topic taken up, it is also important to identify new threats posed by the criminal environment in cyberspace.
