Nutritionists are now a days more concerned about food safety, malnutrition diet health linkages and food safety. Micro-nutrients are required for several metabolic ways and shortages lead to severe health differences. Calcium (Ca), as a nutrient, is most normally related to metabolism and formation of bone, more than 99 % bodily Ca exists in teeth and bones while around 1 % in circulatory systems.
