Focusing on the machining process of drilling in glass fiber reinforced composite materials, this work examines key parameters such as material removal rate (MRR), tool wear rate (TWR), and surface roughness (SR). The study emphasizes the importance of maintaining optimal surface quality during drilling for effective joining of composite structures. A fuzzy rule-based model will be developed to predict these response parameters, enhancing understanding and control of the drilling process in various engineering applications.
