Focusing on the experiences of ten women, this study delves into the pervasive issue of sexual harassment in the workplace. It uncovers various forms of harassment, from inappropriate remarks to unwanted advances, often driven by power dynamics. Through documentary research and individual interviews, the analysis reveals significant psychological impacts, including anxiety and emotional distress, that extend into personal and professional realms. The findings highlight the need for awareness and change in workplace environments to address these critical issues.
