Maggiori informazioni sul libro

Trailname Ace has been a hiker most of his life, having hiked all over the United States and Europe. He earned his trail name, "Ace", on his first section hike of the Appalachian Trail. At the Encouragement of others, Ace started a YouTube channel to help others get into the sport and help them to find quality, low-cost hiking gear. One thing that he was not able to find commercially, though, were good-tasting, lightweight, and cost-effective hiking meals so he began to create his own. His first meals were very basic and utilitarian in nature, but he soon began to experiment with new ingredients to make for a more enjoyable and varied diet on the trails. This recipe book is a culmination of his years of culinary exploration in creating great meals for the trails. Never being one to settle, Ace continues to work on new recipes all the time, which he also shares on his YouTube channel, Trailname Ace. It is his hope, as well as ours, that this book will inspire you to create your own meals, and Ace always loves to hear from his viewers with suggestions.Enjoy, and, as Ace always says, "Keep Hiking!"
